Each of the holding entities mentioned under 2. (i) to (ii) on that day hold 3,10 % (1.400.000 shares), whereby the aforementioned voting rights have to be attributed to each of the entities mentioned above under 2. (i) to (ii) pursuant to Section 22 para. 1 sent. No. 1 German Securities Trading Act.
